Message There is device that you put inline with the rear O2 sensors, called a MIL eliminator. MIL, is the acronym for 'malfuction indicator light', which is the 'check engine light'. I built my own, and used them on a 2003 Mustang mach 1. They work fine so far, and stopped the re-occuring P0420, and P0430 fault codes. You do need functioning rear 02 sensors, though.
